Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders for delivery in Sweden. We currently deliver to Denmark and Sweden. Select your delivery country using the country selector to see the applicable currency, delivery options and policies for your destination.

Shipping Policy

At remm. we make sure that your order is delivered quickly and reliably, so that you can receive your products as soon as possible. Below you will find all the relevant delivery information.

Delivery times

• Orders placed before 09:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.

• Normal delivery time is 2–4 working days after dispatch from our warehouse in Denmark.

• Please note that delivery may take longer during public holidays or peak periods.

Shipping rates

• Delivery to a GLS parcel shop: SEK 59

• Free shipping on purchases over SEK 749. The available services and final shipping price are confirmed at checkout.

We offer delivery through GLS and DB Schenker. Available services and final shipping prices are shown at checkout.

Delivery area

The rates and delivery times on this page apply to addresses in Sweden. For delivery to Denmark, select that country using the country selector.

Tracking (Track & Trace)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so that you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your parcel is unexpectedly delayed or does not arrive, we recommend contacting the carrier named in your tracking email with your tracking number. If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service team.
