Our women's straps are 25 mm wide and 120 cm long. Cut the strap to fit waist measurements up to approximately 110 cm. Measure where you will wear the belt before cutting.

How do I adjust the belt to my size?
You can easily shorten the strap with household scissors. An included guide shows you how.
How does the micro-adjustable system work?
The belts have a micro-adjustable track sewn into the back of the strap, allowing you to adjust the fit in 0.5 cm increments for comfort.
